This was my first time having a massage here. My husband and I came together. Walking into the spa, you’re transported to a different world. Everything eludes serenity and calm; the decor, the music, the lighting. The massage itself was different than any massage I’ve ever had in an amazing way. Wendi consulted me about pressure before beginning the massage, as well as during. I was so relaxed afterwards that I didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a great massage, this is the place. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I came in after having had an emotional/ rough day yesterday and Wendy welcomed me so warmly and listened, really listened. She asked if she could give me a hug and just held me until I felt better! She’s amazing and a true human being. Made me wish I lived closer so I could come back again!

If you are in Fairfield Glade and looking to get a massage you HAVE to go to Palms Massage Spa. It was hands down the best massage I have ever had! It was the most pleasant and relaxing massage experience from start to finish. I will be going back the next time I am in Fairfield Glade.

Sitting at a desk 10+ hours a day in a high-stress environment, my back, arms and legs always hurt. I’m usually too busy to get a massage, but my wife scheduled one for me and I’m so glad she did! Wendi was absolutely incredible. It was the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in years, possibly ever! After the wonderful massage, I sat for a while in the Sanctuary, It was so peaceful and relaxing that I didn’t want to leave and go back to real life. I can’t wait to go back!

What a relaxing experience I just had at the Palms. Although the therapist really dug in to my sore muscles and released all of my tension from my workouts. Afterwards I visited the Sanctuary and just rested and enjoyed the peace there, and the hors d'overs were very tasty too. I'm going to have to bring my wife here! Hat's off to the Palms team!

My girlfriends and I had facials! Kenzie was so good! The whole experience was relaxing. The scalp and foot massage were a great treat! Wendy gave us a great shoulder,scalp and hand massage while we waited. Chris and the entire staff were friendly and it was a great addition to our girls trip!

I visited Palms Restorative today. and had a wonderful massage with Wendi who is absolutely the best. The moment I walked into the spa I feel relaxed by the calm, beautiful decor . I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and promptly was escorted to peaceful room for my massage. After an initial consultation I felt totally comfortable with Wendi's extraordinary knowledge and skill. This was my fourth visit and it won't be my last.

I highly recommend visiting this spa!! I booked a facial with Kenzie and a massage with Martin. They were both FANTASTIC and very professional and knowledgeable! The spa is absolutely beautiful. The moment you enter the doors you are welcomed by a beautiful spa fragrance that smells amazing!! Very relaxing day and and all of the staff including the owner are the sweetest and so welcoming!! Trust me when I say- you must treat yourself very soon!!

My husband and I are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and part of our gifts were spa services. We had a couples massage, a foot massage, Thai stretch, scalp massage and Cranial Sacral. There is so much more to choose from at Palms.
The ambiance is very relaxing and beautiful. The owners (Chris and Wendy) and staff (Mars) were super friendly, kind and professional. With their level of knowledge I would recommend any or all services. We went two days in a row. Our goal was relaxation and we definitely reached our goal and “Peace”.

Wonderful experience for a spa day. Had both a facial and 90 minute massage. Was greeted with slippers and a robe to relax in the lounge room.both services were great and informative. Enjoyed the nice music and snacks after. Highly recommended.
